Edible Review: Milk Chocolate Hubby Bar

Dispensary: Little Amsterdam (Los Angeles)

Grade: A

Type: Mostly Indica (made with Hash Oil)

Looks: Like a chocolate bar sectioned into 6 breakable pieces.

Smell: Chocolate and THC (pollen and fuel).

Taste: Like chocolate spiked with a bunch of hash. You can definitely taste the hash.

Buzz: Surprisingly potent. Kicked in after about 30 minutes with a spacey high that was relaxing and euphoric. The effects kept peaking about an hour to an hour and a half in and became increasingly strong and spacey. The effects lasted many hours. Like a mini-trip. No couch lock, but I felt and looked extremely high. I was laughing uncontrollably at times and ate like a mad man. The buzz is not social and I don’t recommend eating a Hubby and going out with others who aren’t high (this wasn’t a pleasant experience as I became rather paranoid and withdrawn). The Hubby is best enjoyed at home or with a group sharing the bar(s).

Summary: These bars live up to the hype. They are extremely potent. A little bit goes a long way. I only ate one small piece and I was smashed. Unless you have a really high tolerance, I would recommend starting really slow. Less is more when sampling the Hubby for the first time.
