We are constantly faced with issues of gender. In America, it’s illegal to beat your women, rightfully so. Yet in other parts of the world there are religions that allow a man to do so. Most respectable males would agree that you don’t need to physically strike people who love you or a women for that matter; unless you are a giant wimp. Time and time again, rich, powerful men are charged with assault. It is a decision they make, they are either above the law or they feel the are going to get away with it.
Chris Brown’s mother had this to say in an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine,
“He has to learn to deal with it and go on with his life. This is something that happened; it was a huge mistake…it was not good at all. But he is still a human being and we all make mistakes and we live and we go on with it. But he has to own it, deal with it and move on with his life.” She then added, “I think he really needs to talk about the situation in itself, what actually happened to Rihanna…so that he can get that out for himself.”
Yes, please talk about what happened, because I’m pretty sure Rihanna has been telling us a little bit about herself in her music. Her career is doing great, despite what happened back in 2009.
Of course this is not a “fact”, but it was reported that Brown smashed the set of Good Morning, America after host Robin Roberts dug in with questions that hit too close to home to the Rihanna assault case. Chris Brown, you may have fly dance moves, but your backhand aint fly, so please stay off the pretty women.
In conclusion, Chris Brown’s mom says that he needs to get it together, and HighMont calls him a pussy.
